Dies gilt sowohl f\u00fcr die Kolben- als auch f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Pumpentechnologie. Da wir f\u00fcr jedes Material eine eigene Pumpe verwenden, k\u00f6nnen wir das Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis mit hoher Reproduzierbarkeit pr\u00e4zise steuern.<br><br>Nachdem die Pumpen die Materialien dosiert haben, flie\u00dft das Harz und der H\u00e4rter getrennt in eine dynamische <a href=\"https:\/\/mtarobotics.com\/de\/produkte\/dosierprodukte\/dosier-ersatzteile\/mischkammern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mischkammer<\/a>. Ein rotierendes Mischblatt mischt die Materialien in der Kammer. Wie bei den Pumpen werden auch hier die Geschwindigkeit und die Anzahl der Umdrehungen des Messers numerisch gesteuert. Dies sorgt f\u00fcr die richtige Anzahl von Falten, ohne das Material zu besch\u00e4digen.<br><br><br>Das dynamische Mischen des Materials bietet zwei wesentliche Vorteile gegen\u00fcber statischen Mischrohren. Erstens k\u00f6nnen wir die Mischkammer nach dem Mischervolumen dimensionieren \u2013 nicht nach der Anzahl der notwendigen Mischwendel. Daher kann die Kammer viel kleiner als ein statisches Mischrohr sein. Zweitens beginnt die Reaktion erst, wenn das Material dosiert wird. Infolgedessen reagiert nur sehr wenig Restmaterial zwischen den Dosierungen und die Verarbeitungs- bzw.
