Zwischen F\u00fcll- und Dosierhub dreht sich der Kolben, um die entsprechenden Anschl\u00fcsse zu \u00f6ffnen und zu schlie\u00dfen (Abbildungen 1 und 3). Der Dosierhub wird numerisch gesteuert, wodurch das Volumen und die Durchflussmenge \u00e4u\u00dferst genau und wiederholbar sind. Nach dem Verlassen der Kolbenpumpe kann das Material direkt zu einer Dosiernadel oder einer Mischkammer gelangen. Weitere Informationen \u00fcber die dynamische Mischkammer finden Sie weiter unten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Dosierpumpen sind aus verschlei\u00dfarmem Keramikmaterial gefertigt. Es sind mehrere Bohrungsgr\u00f6\u00dfen erh\u00e4ltlich, um eine Reihe von Volumina zu liefern. Die kleinste Version kann Volumina von nur 0,1 mm\u00b3 mit hoher Pr\u00e4zision und Wiederholbarkeit dosieren. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mtarobotics.com\/de\/produkt-kategorie\/dosierprodukte\/dosierkoepfe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dosierk\u00f6pfe<\/a> die Kolbenpumpen verwenden, geh\u00f6ren die numerischen volumetrischen Einkomponenten-Dosierger\u00e4te (<a href=\"https:\/\/mtarobotics.com\/de\/produkte\/dosierprodukte\/dosierkoepfe\/volumetrischer-1k-dispenser-nvd\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NVD<\/a>), das numerische volumetrische Zweikomponenten-Dosierger\u00e4t (NBD), das numerische volumetrische Mini-Einkomponenten-Dosierger\u00e4t (Mini-NVD) und das numerische volumetrische Mini-Zweikomponenten-Dosierger\u00e4t (Mini-NBD). Die Hauptbeschr\u00e4nkung von Kolbenpumpen ist, dass sie nicht kontinuierlich Sch\u00fcsse dosieren k\u00f6nnen, die gr\u00f6\u00dfer sind als das Volumen des Pumpenhohlraums. Dies gilt sowohl f\u00fcr die Kolben- als auch f\u00fcr die kontinuierliche Pumpentechnologie. Da wir f\u00fcr jedes Material eine eigene Pumpe verwenden, k\u00f6nnen wir das Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnis mit hoher Reproduzierbarkeit pr\u00e4zise steuern.<br><br>Nachdem die Pumpen die Materialien dosiert haben, flie\u00dft das Harz und der H\u00e4rter getrennt in eine dynamische <a href=\"https:\/\/mtarobotics.com\/de\/produkte\/dosierprodukte\/dosier-ersatzteile\/mischkammern\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mischkammer<\/a>. Ein rotierendes Mischblatt mischt die Materialien in der Kammer. Wie bei den Pumpen werden auch hier die Geschwindigkeit und die Anzahl der Umdrehungen des Messers numerisch gesteuert. Dadurch wird die richtige Anzahl von Faltungen erreicht, ohne das Material zu besch\u00e4digen.<br><br><br>Das dynamische Mischen des Materials bietet zwei wesentliche Vorteile gegen\u00fcber statischen Mischrohren. Erstens k\u00f6nnen wir die Mischkammer nach dem Mischervolumen dimensionieren \u2013 nicht nach der Anzahl der notwendigen Mischwendel. Daher kann die Kammer viel kleiner als ein statisches Mischrohr sein. Zweitens beginnt die Reaktion erst, wenn das Material dosiert wird. Infolgedessen reagiert nur sehr wenig Restmaterial zwischen den Dosierungen und die Verarbeitungs- bzw.
