TR300 dispensing table-top robot
The mta TR300 is a table-top dispensing robot platform designed for semi-automated operations requiring high-precision dispensing. It accurately and reliably handles liquid, low to high viscosity, and filled materials. Purpose-built and standardized, the TR300 table-top robot ensures consistent performance in demanding applications.
The increasing demands from customers in terms of quality, precision and repeatibility lead to increasing levels of automation. However, when production batches are small or products widely dissimilar, the cost of sophisticated equipment can place automation beyond the reach of many would-be users. Therefore, the TR300 combines flexibility with the required high levels of process quality and repeatability, all at reasonable cost.
This dispensing table-top robot platform is also ideal for applications where human dexterity is required to position the parts. Indeed, operators can load and unload the parts in offline fixtures to minimize machine downtime.
The main features of our TR300 dipensing table-top robot include: sturdy aluminum frame, 3-axis dispensing robot, 300x300mm working area, 0.02mm repeatability, industrial PC controller with Windows 10 operating system, intuitive menu-driven mta MotionEditor software, air preparation and selectable 110/220VAC power connections.
As purpose-built solution, the TR300 seamlessly supports any of mta’s dispensing heads without compromise. The dispensers are based on various technologies including progressive cavity pump, piston-cylinder pump, jetting and cartridge.
The three axes of the TR300 are fully programmable through the mta MotionEditor software, including dispensing parameters such as:
- Volume to be dispensed,
- Dispensing speed
- Mixing ratio
- Other related dispensing parameters e.g. unlimited quantity of points, linear or circular beads.
