CFD continuous flow 1K dispensers

Precise, repeatable volumetric dispensing for a wide range of materials and applications.

The CFD Continuous Flow Dispensers from mta robotics use progressive cavity pump technology to ensure precise and repeatable volumetric dispensing of mono-component materials. Suitable for low- to high-viscosity and filled materials, they offer a wide range of dispensing volumes, from 0.003 ml/turn to 90 ml/turn.

Available in various sizes and configurations, CFD dispensers can be adapted to different material properties and application requirements. A choice of rotor, stator and housing materials ensures compatibility with a broad range of dispensing materials, while different motors, control interfaces and mechanical connections provide flexibility for integration.
