Station Editor Box 4 kit – Smart multi-dispenser controller

The SEB Station Editor Box 4 kit is a compact, advanced controller developed by mta robotics. It operates up to four mta CFD dispensers, making it a versatile solution for modern dispensing.

To offer maximum flexibility, the SEB supports both standalone operation and automatic slave mode controlled by a master unit. This dual configuration simplifies integration into machines and production lines, where the SEB connects easily via discrete digital I/O or Ethernet (TCP-IP) communication.

In addition, the integrated 7-inch touchscreen provides a user-friendly interface. It allows the operators to adjust parameters precisely and fine-tune dispensing settings.

Thanks to its compact design, versatile modes and powerful control features, the Station Editor Box streamlines fluid dispensing processes. As a result, it ensures efficient operation across a wide range of applications.

Motor control with Station Editor Box

The SEB enables control of up to four motors. Its configuration options include:

Up to four mta CFD dispensers can be connected simultaneously.
Dynamic Mixer integration: when a dynamic mixer is used, it occupies connection 4. In this setup, up to three CFDs can be connected on connections 1–3.

This flexible setup ensures efficient management of multiple dispensers while maintaining seamless integration with dynamic mixers.

Tank management made easy

The Station Editor Box makes tank management simple and reliable.

It supports the monitoring of two tanks by connecting up to two digital sensors per tank (four in total).

These sensors provide real-time level measurements, with configurable alerts for low levels and empty states, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.

Dispensing controls

The Station Editor Box offers two motor control modes:

Group cycle: All CFDs (and mixer, if used) start together based on the recipe, then wait until all processes finish. This can be triggered via the touchscreen, I/O, or TCP-IP.
Alone cycle: Each CCC runs independently, without synchronization. Available via TCP-IP.

With flexible dispensing modes, tank monitoring and mixer compatibility, the Station Editor Box ensures precise and efficient fluid dispensing.

Static Mixer option

When a static mixer is used instead of a dynamic mixer, the Station Editor Box enables the connection of two analog sensors.

These sensors monitor the pressure of both CFD dispensers operating within the static mixer, ensuring reliable control and process stability.
