OEM dispensing robot for integrator

The mta OEM dispensing robot for integrator is designed for handling semi or fully automatic volumetric and contactless dipsensing operations.

Thanks to its unique concept, it comes with a process guarantee and is delivered directly to the system manufacturer.

The robot is compatible with all mta dispensing heads: CFD continuous flow 1K dispenser, CBD continuous flow 2K dispenser, PDos X1 micro-dispensing jet valve, NVD volumetric 1K dispenser, NBD volumetric 2K dispenser, mini-NVD volumetric 1K dispenser, mini-NBD volumetric 2K dispenser and CD 1K cartridge dispenser.

The 3 axes of the OEM robot are fully programmable through the mta MotionEditor software, including dispensing parameters such as:

– Volume to be dispensed
– Dispensing speed
– Mixing ratio
– Other related dispensing parameters e.g. unlimited quantity of points, linear or circular beads

Furthermore, its flexible, modular design allows for seamless integration into automated production lines.

  1. The X, Y, and Z axis use ball-screw actuators for precise actuation with a repeatability of ±20 μm. This assures the process is accurate and delivers consistent quality.
  2. Properly designed heads are fairly heavy, so we use large DC stepper motors.  They provide the strength needed to actuate the head quickly.
  3. The OEM platform offers a high flexibility in terms of mechanical and electrical integration i.e. it can be easily and securerly integrated into the customer’s machine.
